Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase for the following items:

  • Products: Must be unused, in the original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging.
  • Services: Refunds for services such as Windows Installation, Hard Disk Configuration, or LearnTrade Subscription will be evaluated based on the service status and completion level.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, or assess the service request, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds for products will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Refunds for services will be prorated based on the unused portion of the service.
  • Note: Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Exchanges

For hardware products like SSDs, RAM, or Monitors, exchanges can be requested within 14 days for a replacement of the same item. To proceed with an exchange:

  • Provide the purchase details and reason for the exchange.
Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Customized or modified hardware components.
  • Activated LearnTrade subscriptions.
Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@efficia.lk or +94 77 358 7608. Depending on your preference and product availability, we will:

  • Arrange for a replacement.
  • Issue a full refund.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). In such cases, a prepaid shipping label will be provided.

Processing Time

Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving your returned item. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
